Help Them Smile, a California non-profit corporation based in downtown Los Angeles, is dedicated to providing full ­spectrum rehabilitative care to those afflicted with cleft lip and/or palate deformities-including  corrective surgery and ancillary support services to under served communities and families.

Help Them Smile is a 44 year old organization begun at Rancho Los Amigos in February 1969 by Dr Gary Brody. It moved to the Orthopaedic Institute for Children campus in April 1998.
